The Camavinga family have always been synonymous with success in football. The talented brothers, Camavinga and Lyon, were born into the world of football in Belgium and quickly showed their talent by playing for several clubs including Belgian champions AS Monaco.

In the summer of 2018, they both made their professional debuts in Ligue 1, Europe's second tier football league. Lyon U21 had only just arrived in Belgium but already proved to be a force to be reckoned with in the game. In the 2020-21 season, they won the Belgian Super Cup and then went on to win the Belgian Challenge Cup, becoming the first Belgian team to do so in their history. They also secured promotion back to the top flight of Belgian football after beating Leuven 4-1 in the final match of the campaign.

Despite facing tough opposition from other teams, Lyon U21 managed to secure a place in the UEFA Europa League. This is testament to their hard work and dedication to training and improving themselves on the pitch. They have shown that they can compete at the highest level and that they have what it takes to succeed in the professional game.
